McInnes & Company Appraisals Ltd. specializes in appraisals of all types of real property including commercial, industrial, farms, ranches, hotels, motels, residential, etc. Our business was established in Lloydminster in 1980, with continuous service in the trading area for 30 years. Both partners are accredited members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Our clients include all banks and other lending institutions, accounting firms, law firms, government agencies and private citizens.

Roy I. McInnes, CRA

Has approximately 35 years experience in the appraisal field and has been the managing partner in the appraisal practice in Lloydminster since 1980. He has an agricultural background and extensive experience in all phases of real estate appraisal.

C. W. Taylor, CRA

Entered the appraisal field in 1996 from the real estate profession. He brings to our company, his expertise in residential, agricultural and rural property. He became a partner in McInnes & Company Appraisals Ltd. in 2000.

K. A. Rogers, CRA

Joined McInnes & Company Appraisals Ltd. in May 2004. Kathy has a strong background in the financial industry and graduated in June 2004 from the Appraisal and Assessment Diploma program at Lakeland College.

D. A. (Darren) Ingram, BComm, Candidate

Joined McInnes & Company Appraisals Ltd. in May 2009. Darren graduated in June 2009 from the Appraisal and Assessment Diploma program at Lakeland College & also has his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Athabasca University.
