Roy I. McInnes, CRA
Has approximately 35 years experience in the appraisal field and has been the managing partner in the appraisal practice in Lloydminster since 1980. He has an agricultural background and extensive experience in all phases of real estate appraisal.

C. W. Taylor, CRA
Entered the appraisal field in 1996 from the real estate profession. He brings to our company, his expertise in residential, agricultural and rural property. He became a partner in McInnes & Company Appraisals Ltd. in 2000.


K. A. Rogers, CRA
Joined McInnes & Company Appraisals Ltd. in May 2004. Kathy has a strong background in the financial industry and graduated in June 2004 from the Appraisal and Assessment Diploma program at Lakeland College.
